Traktor 2.5 Question about setting master deck

Is there a way to make it so the deck currently playing is automatically the master and then once you make your transition then the master deck automatically switches to the deck you transitioned into? It used to do it before I upgraded but now it doesnt do it anymore…any idea anybody?

Click the metronome symbol by your FX1 unit to display the master clock. Now click “AUTO”. Done.

tried it, didnt seem to work. Anybody know if it could be happening because of something else?
