It could also be the fact that everybody already knew this update would not bring that functionality. Pretty cheap shot at a community you participate in. Poor form.
do you gotta have a digital/midi mixer for post fader effects?..can this be done onna vestax 06 with an inno-fader?..like some how?
love the form fellas/this is the best place for dj’s.props to djtt…all other sites dont know how a dj-worx.

Post fader FX won’t work in external mode as it’s all a function of the software.
I came up with a kind of work round for this that won’t give you true post fader FX, but does replicate the same thing with a button. You need these 2 commands mapped:
And then another button mapped to turn flux mode off. If you have a delay (or any other effect) running, the track is effectively silence allowing the effect to trail off. Unfortunately if you set the Flux on function to ‘hold’, it turns off before jumping forward as you release.
Well, there you go.
What are post fader effects ?
thanks so much…
Effects that are applied to the track after the line fader. So if you have a delay post fader, you can pull down the fader and the delay trail will still continue.
hey,
is there a thread that explains what all the new effects do?..like in depth?..thanks in advance.

man,thanks again and again.
the best part about this forum is that if u post a question.in like a day or 2 you have pages of answers.
It’s also post line filters. Works as a charm with creating heavily delayed or verbed risers ![]()
can somebody post a step by step ‘for dummies like me,lol’ on how to map a key to turn flux on and off to only deck B.
flux mode is the coolest thing for beat destruction…i kut with deck a,so all i need is deck B,but i suck at mapping.if anyone can help, that would be great.thanks in advance.

So can someone confirm the fx on external mode can be use post-fader?
Just PM’d you!
It’s internal mixing feature.
Yes and no ![]()
Yes the fx in external mode can be used post fader (select “send” as a state of the fx in traktor, and route the connexions appropriately), but it isn’t dependent on Traktor, it’s dependent on wether your mixer has a send/return fx loop that can be used postfader (rane ttms, pioneer 707, 909, djm 500, 600, 700, 800, etc…). Because the connexion has to be physical.
No if your mixer doesn’t have a physical send/return (djm T1) and you are using traktor in external mode.
can u pm me the same thing plz?
thx!
I have posted it in Tips n Tricks thread:
Let me know if something is not clear ![]()
so the mixer NEEDS a send/return loop? Can the auxilary input/output box be suplimented for the send return?
