Traktor and VCI-400 mapping question..

apologies if this question is covered elsewhere because I’m sure I cant be the only person who wants this…
Is it possible to change master output meter lights, so that the right side shows volume of right deck and left side shows volume of left deck. I come from serato Itch and very much liked this way of working. I recently purchased the VCI-400 to use with Serato DJ and they are forcing you to use auto gain. But I see Traktor forces you to use auto gain also. But Traktor is much more flexible. So maybe there is a way? My girlfriend and I DJ together and this is just a deal breaker for both of us. I’m about to sell everything and pick up some CDJs and a proper mixer.

Under controller manager look for master out level. Once you wound it check which MIDI channel and what CC massage number are both L and R mapped to. When you dig that put those values on some paper and go ahead and delete those master commands cos you won’t be needing them.

Now add post-fader output for decks and map it to same CC numbers that master was mapped to before.

Add Out > Mixer > Meters
