traktor crashing, error at start up
I bought an external hard drive to back up my computer to make new space, i did the back up and now when i try to open traktor it says, could not initialize traktor error resolving the stripe directory. I am extremely worried about my collection and gridding. What could have happened. Can anyone walk me through this, if its easier i can be reached at 720 257 4697. Im extrmely worried please help.
Reinstall Traktor maybe?
What computer and OS? What were the steps you did to do the backup?

i found a back up of my music, however traktor will now start up but comes in blank with no tracks in the track collection, i import the track collection and everything appears fixed, however everytime i restart traktor i have to import my track collection over and traktor has to write tags for, how can i save this were traktor can find it on memory like how it was before..
Did you move anything during backup ?
What Backup process did you use?
Have you moved the Native Instruments/Traktor folder
Backing Up should have no affect on your Traktor install unless something is moved and now has a different path.
Go into preferences, look at data location and make sure it’s pointing to the right spot.
We also need to know what Traktor Version?
Your Age…Social Security Number…Car color…
