Traktor Kontrol F+ with Kontrol X1 dosn`t work togehter ?

Hi everybody

i have a problem. I will use my Kontrol F1 for the Remix Decks and also my Kontrol x1 Mk2.
But i do have no response an the F1. Even if i use only the F1 i have no response.
Yes i shut down traktor and aswell my mac book pro. Didn`t help.

The problem started after i connected the Kontreoll X1 mk2

Can Anybody help with this mess ?

Please i`m from Switzerland and we do not have any technical support for those problems.

Try running Traktor’s Setup Wizard. Also try adding the F1 through the Controller Manager.

did already

F1 and X1 show up. But really strange is that the wizard has only three options
Machine
Kore 2
Audio Kontrol 1

nothing else. And i aded the F1 also to Controller manager and the X1 as well. but didnt work out.
