Traktor mixdeck issues

I had to reinstall traktor on my MacBook and was using the setup utility to add my mix deck to it. For some reason though, it doesn’t recognize it and won’t let me select mixdeck as my audio controller.

I have tried to import the .tsi as well and it still just won’t recognize it.

Any input would help, thanks

is the mixdeck recognized by your mac? Does it show up as conneccted prior to launching traktor? have you tried to run the setup wizard again with the mixdeck on another usb port?

yeah, i thought about that too. I ran the mixdeck connection program that is installed with the drivers and it shows that it is connected and transfering.

i completely removed traktor and reinstalled it, then ran the setup wizard and it will doesnt recognize it either. I also tried the traktor 2 demo and it doesnt see it either.

I emailed the numark tech support people as well, hopefully they have an answer.
