Traktor on a Rane Mixer?

hey ----

i searched around but didnt quite find the answer to this that i wanted… so im assuming its not possible.

however, i have a gig coming up at a local spot and they have a Rane 57 mixer w/ CDJ 1000s – and the DJ we are opening for is planning to use traktor since the CDJs dont even have a USB plugin, so i figured we might as well toss up a set into traktor and run the same stuff.

Are there drivers that i need to download to be compatible with this mixer / is it even possible?

As far as my understanding goes, you’ll need an audio 4/6/8/10. the rane’s internal soundcard only allows you to use timecode with serato only

edit: or you could rent a traktor certified mixer such as the djm 900 nexus
