Traktor Pro 2 collections not loading

after clearing up my hard drive the other day, i reopened my traktor and all my sets, playlists and collections were missing. I tried to reimport my collection file, but i received a “parsing selection error” came up and i cant get my playlists back. has anyone else encountered this problem and if so how can you fix it.

you need to copy the entire documents folder over, not just the collection file

If anyone could explain where to copy the docs folder to it would be appreciated.
