Traktor pro and cables…

Hi:slight_smile:

Can anyone give me advice to any alternative ways of plugging in Traktor pro, Audio 8, into a club system rather than using the multicore cable. Ie maybe using a jack to a mixer?

Ah sorry, left out the valuable information, I have a Macbook pro, Intel Core 2 Duo, 160GB hard drive1, 2g Memory..Traktor pro, AUDIO 8 DJ interface, kORG Nano controller. :slight_smile:

internal or external mixing. Using scratch or just pro?

I was using scratch but now I dont, so i guess its internal mixing, using the NANO

easy then. Just an rca cable out of the audio 8 straight into a spare channel on the club mixer.

Ahhh actually no you must be external mixing unless you are using a mouse to control tracktor on screen, as the nano doesnt really have anyway of controlling levels or eqs does it. So in that case its rca cables out of outs 1-8 depending on how many decks you are using into the channels on the club mixer.
