Traktor Scratch Pro issues, help?

Anyone having issues with TSP2 since they updated it?

I updated my version of TSP2 the other day and it hasn’t been acting right at all, its now running 2.1.2

A few problems I’ve been having since I updated it:

  1. both scratch panels say calibration failed

  2. right scratch panel says right channel missing

  3. I can no longer record a mix

  4. I have no timecode control at all

Things I have tried to fix the issues:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall of the software

  2. tried to calibrate

  3. made sure all wires where in the correct place

  4. googled and went onto the NI forums to make sure everything was set up ok.

anyone have any idea’s what I could do?
