Traktor Sounds Distorted

I’ve just put a new HDD in my laptop so I’ve done a complete rebuild. I’ve come to use Traktor for the first time since and the sound is heavily distorted. I’m just using my laptop’s internal soundcard. Is there any setting I put the wrong details into? It didn’t sound like this before! Any ideas?

Up your latency. And buy an interface of some kind. Internal sound cards sound like crap when using DJ software in general.
