Traktor timecode + Vinyl.
I just bought the Skratchy Seal vinyl, attempting/learning how to scratch. I’m using MK5’s and a Korg Zero 4 mixer (I know, not exactly a scratch mixer but it’s what I have for now lol). Everything sounds fine, except my cross fader doesn’t work when I switch my input on the 2nd deck to phono. No matter where it is, I can still hear it playing if the line fader is up. Any suggestions?
Sounds very odd. Tell me more…
Wish I could, still looking into it. Somewhat aggravating but i’m almost sure this is something easy to fix.
what happens if you put the deck on THRU or Live Feed?
you should have a switch somewhere on the faceplate that’ll set the line faders to crossfader A/B. Usually directly above the line faders.
Oh my, call me a retard :roll eyes:. That was the problem, for some reason I haven’t needed to do that until now. Thank you for slapping some common sense back into me. (In my defense the mixer is new)
so what was the problem?

i do it all the time, vinyl is made to be played on, if its that important buy two sets, 1 to use 1 to display, and if ur lucky 1 pair to slang with the items are sold out at a profit.
Thing is im still trying to get a hold of the skratchy seal and desolat traktors
