Trying to run two controllers into a PA

Trying to run two controllers into a PA

Would an analog mixer/any sort of mixer be the best way to go about this? I own a Denon MC-6000 and my brother has the S4. Or would this be totally unnecessary? Also, if it is the best possible way, any recommendations? Thank you again for you time

A mixer is your best choice, but if totally necessary you can plug into one of your controllers’ inputs.

Overkill much … he doesnt need any “dj” controls, just a method of running both controllers at the same time..

One of these would do the trick nicely for under $40 bucks

would there be any benefit to having a center mixer for both controllers?

I just did this today with my crown XTi amps and if you use CH1 + CH2 mode you can run 1 XLR from the first controller and 1 XLR from the second controller directly into the amp on the left and right channels. No special equipment necessary.

That wont work with multi-amp setups and the majority of powered speakers including studio monitors.

Yes a small mixer is your best bet for combining 2 audio sources.
