noooo way. You’d need to also buy a pair of female to female RCA converters since those are too short to reach the sound card and mixer and since have two sets of male they would not be compatible with standard male male cables.
The reasoning behind the 2 females to one male is that it allows you to connect the splitter to normal rca cables rather than directly to the soundcard + turntable/CDJ. This is generally the best way to go about this since splitters are TINY and you’ll never come across a set up that’s physically positioned so that all the equipment are capable of reaching their respective end of the splitter cable.
Also you don’t have to unplug turntables + CDJs which is always annoying. May as well just deal with the mixer.
