Hi guys,
I feel like i’m missing something really obvious. I’ve just bought a Twister and i’ve upload the data in Abletons MIDI resource folder.
It’s uploaded with V2 Ableton Script.
I’ve got it setup in Preferences seemingly correctly as a Control Surface and with input/output both set to ‘MF Twister’.
I’ve also set the manual Track | Sync | Remote to ‘on’.
When i go to midi map, nothing at all happens (no orange midi activity light or anything at all). My only other hardware is Push 2 which naturally works as its Abletons own.
Any suggestions? Be as blunt as you please, i’m feeling a bit stupid here.

Hi bro, thanks for the reply, yes i’ve got the latest firmware.
After I posted the question I carried on plugging away at it.
When I loaded up the Mad Zach V2 script it started working with the settings on the script, BUT, not on old projects, only fresh ones. Other scripts didn’t seem to work?!
Do you know if setting one function on the mapping overwrites the previously set function, or does it overlap it?
I’m going to re-read the manual again to try and fully understand it.
I get the impression that I have a lot to learn in terms of getting it set to a way that’s useful to my workflow.
