Um Dia No Brasil (Original Mix) (Free D/L)
Not really sure what to classify this as…deep house, house, trying to be samba, but way slower?
Anyway, a comp I sometimes join in where you have to create all the sounds with one software synth, (Synth1 this month) a free one and use only DAW-included effects or freebies that don’t change the sound.
I was in Rio a few years ago during Carnaval, and there were bloco’s (neighborhood or block parties) everywhere - the sound of samba schools and people dancing. This song is a bit of a throwback to then, trying to incorporate some of the samba sounds I recall from those blocos.
