USB audio Pre/Post EQ

So on the most recent vms4 post update on skratchworx there was a question posted asking whether we would like the unit to come standard with usb audio pre or post EQ. Apparently there will be a switch? to alternate between the two but they were curious as to what customers thought would be better to come standard. Anyways, I can’t really think of any pro’s or cons that lean me towards one or the other, and I wonder if this is because I don’t know enough about this. Just curious about any input in this area :slight_smile:

I don’t know which is better, but if you EQ pre FX for example, complete low cut then the FX might ‘add’ some lows, meaning even though you filtered out all the lows, they are present again.. Could be disadvantaguous
