Using the mousepad as an XY-pad?

Wouldn’t this idea be revolutionary because most digital dj’s use laptops? It could be a real advantage to be able to map it in traktor and use it like a kaos pad.

So is there a way you can do this in traktor?

IIRC you can do this using Bomes midi translator.

There is another way, but it has been quite awhile since I did it.

You will need touchpad2midi (windows, not sure if there is a Mac version) and I’m not sure if you need anything else to route the midi signals as it has been awhile since I had this set up, but it worked flawlessly.
