using two Audio Interfaces at once?

Due to budget I was looking at getting an Audio A6 second hand for DVS (channels A + B) then getting a separate cheap audio interface like the Maya for the stereo outputs (channels C + D) both connected to the same laptop. Would this work through Traktor? (btw I have a Windows PC)

You can’t use aggregated sound cards for Traktor timecode. Have a look for an A8 as they should be fairly cheap now.
