VCI-100 Jog Wheel Help!!!

Last week i plugged my VCI-100 in when I got to the club but it didn’t work as normal, the jog wheel lights are constantly red, instead of blue and then red when pressure is applied. When I unscrew the jog wheels they go blue but as soon as I put them back on they’re red again whether pressure is applied or not. I’ve tried re-mapping with about 5 different .tsi files all to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas or know how to resolve this, also is there an original mapping available to get it back to how it comes as standard with Traktor Pro.

If you haven’t done so already, try adjusting the sensitivity pots on the back. Somehow the knob probably found its way to the most sensitive spot.

How simple, I adjust the crossfader curve knob on the back and it appears to be alright again now.

Still, anyone have any mapping for the original setting?
