Vci 100 jog wheel issue.

Hey, I’ve been noticing that the left jog wheel on my VCI-100 seems to only be touch sensitive once in a while. I really need to fiddle around with it before it turns red. This makes scratching incredibly hard and I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Have you tried changing the sensitivity setting on the back?
