vci 100 se crossfader problem

I have a quick question regarding the crossfader. Before, when i move the crossfader slightly it would move in that direction slightly, but now it only moves to the middle, far left, or far right.

Is it a setting problem? or hardware problem? .. any solutions would gladly be appreciated

Check your crossfader curve on the back of the unit.
