VCI 400 doesn’t work

Hey guys!
I just received my VCI 400 and I’m already pissed off with it :wink:

I’m using Mac Lion so i just had to plug in the device and it has been found by my OS with no problems. But when I started Traktor it just didn’t want to communicate with my device.
After I installed the latest firmware it finally started working. One reboot later and it stopped working with traktor.

Do you have any ideas what to do?

Have you imported the tsi file and changed the in- and outgoing port to the vci 400?

Sometimes, opening the audio midi application in utilities can help kickstart things too.
