Vci-pitch faders

I’m using traktor pro and I’m have problems with the pitch controls.If I bring the pitch slider all the way up In traktor it dose not move at all and when I bring the slider down it only moves a little bit in traktor.how can I fix this?

What TSI file are you using? What version of Traktor are you running?

i’m using the latest tsi and version of traktor but I think I fixed this problem by making the rotary sensitivity 100
