Vcm 100 and VCI 100 together

Hey there,
I am new in this forum. I am a 21 year old producer from Germany and my english is not perfect :wink:, i hope that is ok for you.

I wanted to ask you if it is possible to use the vcm 100 together with the vci 100?

At the Moment i am using just the vcm 100 with traktor 3 ( i am producing since 2 years and dj-ing since a half year).

I tryed to use the vcm 100 together with my Xio 25 synth to controll Traktor 3 but it didn´t work. I think they were using both the same midi channels…when i pressed a key on my midikeyboard from the xio it always activated the play button on deck 1 (for example). I hope you understand what i want to say^^…
so I had to decide wheter i use the xio midi synt or the vcm 100 ^^…

So that´s why i want to know if it is possible to use the vcm 100 with the vci 100 together in traktor pro.

Because it wouldn´t make any sense to purchase the vci 100 and traktor pro when i can just use either the vcm or the vci…

So sorry for my english again^^…hope that you could understand what the problem is…

you can easily adjust the channel with various free tools. for example on OSX you can use midipatchbay to adjust the channel of any midi device both for incoming and outgoing messages.
