what effect is this PLZ help me DJ’s

ok guys so sandro silva is djing and he’s using either a pioneer dim 2000 or 900 at 1:30 roughly at the build up you hear this weird effect like a beat roll and flanger can anyone tell me what this is?

Sounds like the Zip as found on the DJM 2000.
