What efx combo is using?

Hi all!!
Need help…
I was just wondering what effect combo is he using?Maybe some kind of Delay changing it’s rate, a Gate…??

I’ve been trying hard with no results.

Pitched down loop without key lock on.

Loop. disable master tempo. enable wide pitch mode. enjoy.

Yeah, forgot to say that, change the pitch range to 100% (and don’t forget to change it back for regular mixing)

I understand that i should take different or smaller loop sizes and just move the pitch fader up and down!?!?

but, the only thing I dont really understand is, what for do i have to disable the master tempo?
maybe its a stupid question!!

With all that drama of tearing it down and building it back up, it was kind of a let down when he dropped it.

Try it both ways and you’ll get your answer.

I understand that he uses different loop sizes and just moves the pitch fader first down and then up. Its ok!?!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to get a similar effect out of traktor for a few days now, but after a dozen of Youtube tutorials and blogs I’m still not able to recreate it. Anyone who knows what Joris is using and how I can get this out of Traktor?

Effect is used on:

  • 18:18
  • 23:21
  • 36:34

Thanks @Erikminus! I’m trying to recreate it just now. Getting close, but I’ts not quite the same. Something is missing. You see when he’s hitting the knob on and of? It just opens a really clean roll. Although it’s seems like an outcome of the effect with the swoosh before it.
