I DJ with my dad when he does party’s…now i just wanna branch out and do my own thing. Love the idea of controllerism cuz its sooo different. u can do so much too and Mr Ean Golden has just pushed me over the edge.
I went to a warehouse party about 10-15 years ago. Kenny Glasgow was playing the main stage at NAF (Seattle peeps will know this). In my stupor I sat on a box which happened to be next to the dj booth. I remember grooving out. All of a sudden this dude sat next to me with the biggest spliff I had ever seen. He sparked it, and we toked it. It was an excellent spliff. I then realized it was the DJ, Kenny Glasgow. He was sharing his spliff as if we were breaking bread, while he was djing. I knew then what he was about, and what this crazy scene was all about. Kenny made me want to bring this joy to others. That is how i got into DJing. And Kenny, if you are reading this, thank you, you are the man.
Im actually a second generation DJ. My dad has been a dj since i was very young and just watching him play and being at a couple of his shows have given me alot of inspiration.
The possibilities that a Fully Digital setup could bring to me was what inspired me to become a Digital DJ.
And of course, DJ Tech Tolls
i just love music and listen to it all day, and i listen to all kinds of music, i wanted to test out mixing different kind of music and that is how i started djing
