What is Instant Gratification?

I need your help. Here on DJTT, many mappings have Instant Gratification. But I don’t know, what it is.
Can someone explain this to me? or send me a link or something where it is explained? i didn’t found something o my own.

The instant grat mappings are originally from a midi fighter mapping that DJTT made. People have taken parts of that mapping and applied it to their own mappings/controllers.
One of the unique features of this mapping, is that when you press a combination of buttons another Fx will kick in. One example is the beatmashers. Push and hold button 1 you get 1/4 notes, add button 2 - 1/8 notes, add Button 3 - 1/16 notes and a transpose down Fx kicks in.
