what would your rider be?

I KNOW. why stop at an 1/8th?

No contract rider is complete without Bitches~n~E!

Hookers and blow. No contract is complete without the hookers and blow.

Although I do like the idea of coke snorting mermaids…

all i ask is for no one in the crowd to look me directly in the eye or say the word “ocelot” without covering their mouth first.

That’s included in most standard contracts these days

I’m actually kind of confused as to what kind of grass we 're talking about here.

Obviously this kind here. In the end, all the sheep that come and listen to his crappy music have to eat something too.

Lance’s looks good. I’d just ask for 2-3 CDJs, 2-3 1200m5gs, a mixer (there’d be a list of preference, but…meh), and full control over booth monitors.

If I’m getting paid as much as people are thinking here, I’d probably just buy everything else on the way unless I was running late or something. I’d want Pepsi, Stoli, Red Bull, some kind of Rye (Bullit, Overholt, High West, etc.), and maybe some Bollinger Special Cuvee if it was a special night or something…but…meh.

Oh…Fiji water would be banned from the premises under pain of torture. And depending on schedule, I’d want 45 minutes to myself with no interruptions about at sunset, sunrise, or starting about 90-minutes before sound check (whichever is appropriate) during which I’m allowed to basically drop off the face of the planet and there’s a $2,000,000 fine for disturbing me.

Oh…and people aren’t allowed to make fun of me when I send back thai food, indian food, or hot wings for the 3rd time because it’s not spicy enough.

1- Rane MP 2016S and expander bridge
2- 3 x Technics SL1200 mk2
3- 2 x Turbosound TA500-T tops and 2 x Turbosound TSW218 subs with Lab Gruppen PLM 10000Q (for monitors)
4- Lots of beer and maybe some class A’s
5- 8 hour set

3 CDJ 900 or 2000 (all linked) (two on left one on right)
DJM800 or 900
Pioneer EFX 1000 or RMX

Bottle of grey goose vodka
10 x cans red bull (15 if my mates with me)
10 x cans of strongbow CHILLED w/ fridge in booth

Seriously…try a real vodka. Grey Goose was created with the price and the marketing strategy in mind first and they contracted a failing cognac distillery to make the vodka for them when they realized it’d actually sell.

You’re paying out the ass just for the privilege of being seen paying for grey goose…and anyone who knows anything about liquor thinks you’re a moron.

Anything else is a better choice. I’ll admit that it’s better than Smirnoff and Mr. Boston’s. But not a lot.

I have it in my rider too, but I don’t even drink vodka at all. Its only in there so its in my VIP area… bitches like it, only reason.

I just drink like 2 beers, a couple shots of the Patron, and then guzzle water my whole set. hehehe

4 channel mixer (Pioneer / Allen & Heath / Vestax models preferred)
2x Pioneer CDJ 800 (or higher spec model)
2x Bottled water (in booth)
1x Security guard

Coke - On demand
Bottled water - on demand
Bar tokens - preferable

Pre event sound check / scout preferable!

Fin.

My current rider I don’t know if its a rider but here is what I get every friday and Saturday

1 VIp area for wife and friends
1 bottle of Level vodka with unlimited mixers this includes red bull
1 bottle of patron
1 bottle of 12 year or older single malt scotch and one rock glass with a bucket of cubed ice (for myself and myself only)

you DJing or just partying?

I like your thinking

Well here is the thing in my country all clubs have basically the same system DJM 800 with two or four cdj 2000’s. The club I resident at has a DJM 2000 and 800 and swamp them out based on your needs they also have four cdj 2000’s all linked with ethernet cables so your needs as a dj are always met. They also have two technics in all the higher end clubs.

I was just kidding / being a wise ass!

[/quote]Ahh. Those are the girls I don’t talk to.

I’m really not kidding. I’ve learned they’re not worth my time. Guys who drink it are the same way, though usually less annoying.
