Why Does This Track Sound Different When Played On Traktor?

Hey guys,

I noticed these past two days something hasn’t been right with my S4.. The bass of most songs isn’t sounding right, one example would be here. I listen to the track on my Macbook pro and it sounds fine (Note: When I go into Audio Setup & Change the Audio Setup to Built In, the problem still persists..)

Opposed to sounding like this:

This has been causing my grief, I haven’t been able to record a mix which is due for a radio show. What do I do? Should I return the S4? Could it be an underlying issue with something else?

I’ve noticed this too only with certain tracks. Havent found a fix yet but im thinking it might be the autogain feature… then again i haven’t tried it yet haha

Could be autogain, limiter, or try using “classic eq” as opposed to the other options

Do you have the Key knob moved?

It sounds like the songs are both in Different Key.

Have you changed the BPM of the song in traktor without Keylock on?
