If you want to use your audio 2 for headphone cueing, then that will only leave you with one other output to go to the speakers… I think you’ll need an Audio 4 DJ to use both speakers? Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Assuming the Audio 2 Dj has RCA outputs, I think you’ll need some RCA>1/4" cables. Should be that easy. The Yamaha’s are Active monitors correct?
edit I think omniross is right. You’ll need to plug your headphones into one of the outputs on the audio 2 Dj.
Alternatively, you can use a mixer to achieve headphone cue’ing with only two outputs. Funny- I made a video on how to do this last night. I’ll post it up later today.
The audio2 has stereo headphone jacks as output. You would just plug headphones into one of the jacks and buy an adapter to plug the jack into two mono cables with whatever connector you need at the other end.
thanks guys!
is there any drawback when using two mono cables?

Nope, you have to use those anyways (and seriously, what good would it do, if a stereo signal reached a single speaker
). There actually are splitter cables which have a stereo TRS jack on the one end and 2 male XLR connectors on the other. That would be a good solution for you (I actually bought this when I got my HS-80m, since I was also considering the Audio2 at that time - now I have an RCA to TRS adapter in between this cable and my Audio8
)
