All I have been is to the USA. I lived in NYC and people there are kinda cunty. The gig must be over 25 ID so people be halfway decent. Plus it's hipster galore and the head-to-toe looks you get can really bother you in the end. Plus it's expensive as hell. I never spinned there. Day life there is just too hectic.
I've lived in Berlin, London, and NYC. Each has its up- and downsides. For example, one of the downsides of Berlin is that it's hard to make a living. You deal with lots of ppl that don't have a decent job. The good parties often start and end too late for my taste The downsides of NYC and London? They're effing expensive. But I actually think NYC's nightlife is quite good currently (so is London's). You just gotta be willing to trek out to Brooklyn (which many Manhattanites aren't willing to do, I admit).

Melbourne in australia has a good club culture! you can find any kind of club for any kind of taste and they will be playing descent music... played there once or twice... had an awesome time!!

(side note- melbourne is the ONLY place in australia with any descent club culture... unless you like top 40 commercial stuff... then youll love Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sydney)

Paris is amazing... played there twice already... and i intend on going back to do so..

Berlin is AWESOME... havent played either but been out a few times... and from what i can remember from the night... it was EPPPIIIICCCCC

IBIZA- Its my dream to play there... Nuf said... Hands down best nightlife ever during the on season... (from what i remember... it was a long blurry summer)

Belgium- mmm well im living here now... theres some good clubs ive played in... the club scene is very mixed which i like... something for all tastes... and some very descent clubs... but nothing comparable to Paris or Ibiza of course :P

Indeed. Soundfactory was my church for many years. I started going in the late 90s, so i didnt realize that those big clubs wouldnt be there forever...too bad. but, im sure there are some very cool spots in NYC right now that I simply just don't know about....

Great reading everyones comments on here....makes you realise how many places out there are just amazing to party at!!

Im not sure where i would say....Ive lived in Manchester the last 5 years and have partied all over here and the whole of the north and there are some great places here. The obvious in Manchester being Sankeys and Warehouse Project. And Factory too, amazing venue. The north of england does have some great places.

I would probably rather London though if it wasnt so pricey....

Havent been but Berlin seems to be a good place to go....If Native Instruments are based there then that says alot really!! Plus Ean was saying he's thinking of opening up a shop there in the future....

Oh and Ibiza havent been there but that just seems like the house capital of the world. Every DJ jus longs to play there

    2) Japanese pay up, so top talent always comes here. Womb Adventure is tomorrow (Plastikman, Carl Craig, Dexpistols, etc.) and Dubfire is coming in about 2 weeks. And that's not even the summer.
    3) Local talent is still pretty good, although I miss the guys from the old days

Downside (or upside for some) is you can smoke anywhere too, so you will always reek of cigarettes when you get home.
I used to live in Okinawa and the club scene was meh, but the bar scene was great! Dive bars, rock bands, late nights, smoking anywhere, yakitori oh an karaoke bars!!!

Sydney was dope, I was there for 1 week in 2003 and I had a blast. Darling harbor and the "red light" district were dope places

L.A. is dope, but it has too many whack undercutting dj's and the scene is over saturated with below average talent and promoters.

Melbourne is going crazy these days. If it had beaches and 1/2 decent weather I'd move there... It's a lot of fun regardless, or maybe because of that.

L.A is where I currently live and it's sick! But the traffic and cost of living sux... Atlanta GA has a pretty dope scene, very closenit and the main edm promoters bring in alot of overseas talent. Dubstep is huge in the A!!!

I have been out in many of the greats, I live in London so go out every weekend...went to MOS last night, have to say it is shit, no birds and just lame geeks. But if u come to London Fabric and Shorditch are musts.

New York is good, although a bit expensive and can be a bit pretencious (but where isn't now days)

Ibiza is amazing would def recommend...but again can be quite expensive....€200 on a night out easy.

Amsterdam, wicked place to go out besides the obvious...although there are alot of giants there who look like arnie.

Really want to to Germany....where would u guys recommend?

Paris sucks at clubbin', sound systems often suck 'cause of the neighborhood (limiters at 96 dB are common !), drinks are expensive, security is rude, and the Parisians are'nt nice.

Brussels scene is quite small but we have the best club in the world: Fuse Club (I'm not the only one saying this: Carl Craig, Dave Clarke, Busy P and many others think the same) we can smoke in the clubs, the drinks are affordables, the security do her job, they don't overdo...
So Brussels is quite a nice place to party!
