Tell me something. If a country feels assaulted enough by something revealed by Wikileaks that they want to respond with military force, do you think it will be Wikileaks they direct their anger toward?

If your comment is true, who REALLY started a war? This is the WHOLE POINT of this argument. Do you really believe that it's OK for a government to fuck people over as long as they don't get caught? It's OK for governments distort or outright fabricate the news as long as no one finds out the truth?

Did you watch that Wikileaks released video showing the 2 journalists being killed by the helicopters? The US line was that those people were armed. The 2 identified as being armed were carrying CAMERAS. 7 of them were killed, and 1 wounded. A van pulled up (with 2 children in it, as well as several adults) and they tried to help the wounded man. The helicopters opened fire again and killed the adults (who were outside of the van). The children survived. At least 12 people were killed in that single exchange, and they were NOT terrorists.

Did Wikileaks kill those people? Or the thousands of others killed over
the 7 years we've been there? Can you really justify their deaths as long as everyone keeps this loss of life secret?

i find it unfair that everyone pins him as the cause of all this. he didn't steal this info himself, he was given it by an active US soldier. all he did was create a medium for free speech.
