It sounds like Funkagenda's set wasn't very good, if the crowd didn't rebel against him after the cut out.
turns out he was setting up to play next. nice try though tard

I just listened to this Arty guy on YouTube for the first time. Dreadful, terrible, awful music.
I just read Funks Twitter. What an absolutely dreadful human being this Arty guy seems to be.

I have some Funkagenda in my collection. I don't have any Arty. Interpret that how you want.

thats pretty f-ed up. I've been there once before and have closed a laptop accidentally, mostly cause i'm playing with just CDJS and the laptop was literally in my face bright and I couldn't see the crowd. It stopped the music cause I didn't realize it was going through mode in serato and felt like a complete moron. So I understand that. But to do it twice, and without asking is a bit screwed up. Now I ask everytime or never close it all the way. And to offer no apology or even mixing another track to remedy it is just crappy.

Arty's mixes aren't interesting to me. They are very busy, they don't breathe... I happen to like Progressive House so it's not that I can't stand the tunes. I just think he's got the mentality of ramming it home from start to finish. Sounds like a punk-ass bitch too.

He's a Russian progressive producer who is like 15 years old. Very Justin Bieber-y if you ask me.

Guarantee he is, considering how young he is and how much fame he has. I don't agree with his mixing either. It's just slamming one track to the next and you shouldn't do that with progressive.

Ive done this as well, felt like a complete twat, but the guy kinda deserved it.. guy was running on some dell laptop and refused to turn the brightness down, and because i dont know how to change the brightness myself, i tried to close it over a bit because i couldnt see the crowd, ( i still had a good half hour to go btw) then he came back into the booth with 1 song to go then started moaning because i'd crashed has traktor?
