That is the intrinsic problem with such a contest and longer playtimes. It simply takes a lot of time to listen well enough to be fair to all.

It's more like whenever someone feels like going through the work to put it all together. So whenever a few people are willing to throw down a mix and they can convince someone to organize it we'll have one.
