Fade in & Out markers keep working even if disabled

Title says all, I can't seem to fix it.
Whenever the song hits a Fade-in or Fade-out marker, the other song starts.

Really annoying, and yes the option is disabled.

The only one which says something about Fade in and Out, I think it's called Activate..

I'm pretty sure those markers won't work if you delete it and never really heard of option where you can just deactivate.

You can activate fade in fade out markers in the loading section of preferences. I use them all the time to mark where vocals start. You're not in cruise mode are you? They may work by default in cruise.
