Default Is this setup possible? Please help me

    Hi

Since Native Instruments released their stem format I want to change my DJ setup.

This is what it should look like:

2 x Traktor D2 for the left and right deck of traktor
One instance of ableton (synced with traktor) for playing with loops, samples, vst instruments etc..
everything running into an pioneer djm 750 (or any other mixer)
    maybe an interface if needed

    Is this possible?

Please help me I’m lost in the internet jungle..

Yes, no interface is needed if you pick the djm 750 (it has one built in) just run the three USB cables (2xD2+DJM750) into your laptop and route Ableton into deck C/D (in the future you could even use the mic input if you used another sound card to route Ableton into your mixer leaving you with 4 decks instead of 3)

    Post Thank you

Thank you DJDoubleYou really excited to try this out!!
but what do you mean exactly with using the mic input. can't imagine exactly how this would look like. sry I'm familiar with ableton routing but i don't know so much about interfaces. would be great if you could explain it for a dummy

@Patch I want to control loops and samples, maybe vsts with my ableton push, ni maschine or APC 40 lets see which one works best. and i want to use my own ableton effect chains. also i don't really like tractors remix decks. Ableton is more fun for this. Don't you think so? As soon as i try it out i think i will find some fun things to do with ableton beside of traktor!

anyone have experiences with syncing ableton and traktor? does it work well? i read on the internet that it's out of sync sometimes and you have to beat match it?
