3d Printer and TMA-1
The head band finally broke on my TMA-1 headphones. I contacted the company and they said they would no longer be producing them. I have poked around the internet and see that people are using 3D printers to make them now. Would someone like to do this for me?

You might need to redesign it first 
the guy after him said he did 85 percent infil and it held up fine.
The company offered me a 30 percent discount on new headphones…
I am going to take my chances with some epoxy and fiberglass in the mean time.
You might want to print them in ABS but the issue with that is that ABS prints tend to shrink slightly while cooling.
Are the TMA-2 modular headbands not compatible? They have them on their site for $30.
If you can afford to I would take the discount – I grabbed an extra pair of pads so that I can switch between on-ear and over-ear easily. And they gave me the discount even though I had bought them over 6 years earlier.
Bands are not compatible. Completely different designs.
