Apparently Native Instruments is selling all it’s Traktor software for 50% off!
Wow.
Traktor Pro is only $115 and TSP is $335.
My question is this: does anyone think it’s worth getting Traktor Pro, considering I’m getting an S4 with the software? Not all booths will allow my to bring my S4, meaning I’d need to play off a soundcard and laptop. I would be fully willing to buy it if NI could shed some light and tell us if the S4 software will be compatible without the S4.
Yeah, can’t trust this. TSP amazing S4 version will come out and the upgrade will be $150, just watch.
Dammit, it’s such a great price now… I think I might go for it. I’m warning you NI, I’ll tell everyone I know that Serato is awesome (it is) if you Rick Roll me on this. Everyone!
Damn, NOW I have a BIG decision. I could buy the S4 for $899 plus tax OR the Tractor Scratch Pro & 2 DN2000’s for $835 plus tax and still use my external mixer. I love choices.
If you’ve got the credit just get both. At worse you’ll take a $100 hit on the S4 and that’s not bad for say a moth’s rental to see if you like the S4 over the Denon’s. When you figure it all out sell one and pay a big chunk to your credit card balance.
Ok, before I go and buy Scratch Pro can anyone tell me if they foresee any difficulties with using my Technics as decks 1 & 2, and my EKS Otus as decks 3 and 4? The Otus would be used in midi mode only.
I think I’m a little moist at the prospect of this…
