“Active Loop” in RekordboxDJ

Have recently been messing around with RekordboxDJ, pondering a switch from Traktor.

Used rekordbuddy to transfer all my Traktor cues, loops etc. so far so good.

One thing I can’t figure out though is how to turn on a stored cuepoint loop on like the “active” button did in Traktor. The loops are saved but only seem to work if you trigger it as a cuepoint.

Looking for functionality like in Traktor where you can set a loop later on in the track as active and it will catch and loop when you get there. Does this functionality not exist in Rekordbox? Or am I missing something obvious?

To clarify, I’m using a DDJ-RB. The more I look into this the more it seems like this feature is purposefully only available on the higher end controllers, which is pretty ridiculous for a feature thats been available to everyone in Traktor and Serato for like a decade.

Did you get a fix for this as I have also just moved from traktor and would expect to see this
