akai professional mpd32, akai lpk25 reason 5 and ableton live, need help mapping
is there an one out there that can help me with mapping my akai mpd32 and akai lpk25 to work wit reason 5 and ableton. i have been trying to do this for two weeks now. nothing seems to want to stay where i assign it. can anyone help me getting frustrated.
i use an mpd24 with ableton and reason and mappings save fine when i save a project.
This is sound alittle stupid but are you making sure you use the ableton preset everytime when you turn the mpd24 on?? You can select with the rotary dial next the LCD (think it is number 5 for ableton). That is the only reason i can think you are having this problem 
You can also get a program to edit the way the mpd works and midi set up

be alittle on guard thou as it has been known to brick the device
