APC40 Glitches, even with collision mapping

Hey guys,
Right now I am using the collision mapping that I bought a few days ago, so I think the mapping is not the problem, as it is stable. When I plug in my apc40 and then open traktor, only a few random leds are on, and these changed according to what I press. For example, as i move along the top buttons, the buttons below that light up but then when I get to the last button, every light on the controller turns off for some reason. Although the controlls seem to work, about a minute into a session traktor starts picking up random signals and bars and knobs start erratically changing when I am not touching the controller. This does not just happen with the collision mapping, it even happens with my own programs. I have the correct layout for the collision mapping and the midi input and output are both set to apc40, with no other tsi’s active… Has anyone else had this problem before?:scream::scream:

Should you be using “Dumb Mode” on the APC ?

Open Ableton with the APC plugged in
Wait for the Red Box to appear on the grid
Close Ableton

Then Open Traktor.

I think I tried that too… When I use dumb mode, no lights are lit up at initiation but then when I start pressing buttons, they light up
