knob>direct
apc have endless 0-127 knobs, except the cue volume (only true encoder)
weird. i tried this too. works great when track is not playing. when track plays becomes fickle again.
i have my led set to pan… this shouldnt be an issue though - right?
hmmm… i notice the issue more when i try fine increments with the knob… i can spin the knob ever so slightly and the gain or filter kinda stay in place on traktor…
Set the led to the CC# +8, otherwise they are fighting each other (slowing movement or making it act funny if latency is high enough).
cool. thanks. ill try this. i thought i may have done this already but possible not.
If they move slower they are on the same CC, as simple as that. It’s how the APC behaves natively ![]()
yep. actually - i had both programmed… an out for the same cc and an out for the +8… bah…
this def fixed the problem…
Sorry to steal your thread, but my question is about the LED rings too.
I’ve got them working, took a while to figure out the +8 thing.
But I’ve got two layers mapped on the same knobs. With a shift modifier.
If I now move a knob in mod 1=0 the LED respond correctly, then when I press the modifier the LED’s on that layer have changed too. and visa versa.
The LED are already assigned to mod=0 and mod=1 for the different functions.
how can I change this? is there a way to make
Can you give a quick guide to send monitor state? is it just add sed monitor state to alot of buttons in inverted state?
Just add an inverted send mon on the button that changes the modifier status.
