APC80 Controlled Demolition Edition

no rocket science, just made a big tank out of two small tanks. they’re connected internally (4 small screws, 2 fat ones) and externally (bottom steel plate), seamless and sturdy as hell. at the moment each unit runs off a separate power supply and they’re connected via a passive usb hub (no better solution for that I guess), but it works - and I’m currently digging through the awesome possibilities within maxforlive and looks like I’ll be getting a one-off faceplate from djs face

I thought that was a photoshopped picture then holy crap it hit me, that’s the real deal. NICE!!

Pretty Bad Ass but wouldn’t it be APC60?

thank you!

I can control 80 clips, hence apc80

I hope I can get around to recording a short demo before my next gig.

i like it!

now i’m seriously thinking of picking up an APC20…

that looks amazing would love a video tut on how its done

kick ass job

nice.

…what more can i say?

very interesting. Mmmmh, makes me wondering bout the possibilities of this thing with traktor…

Love it - this is the coolest mod I’ve ever seen. You could have 2 instances of MLR running on 2 separate Ableton live tracks! How awesome would that be?

My god - using this like 2 TTs would be awesome. 2 instances of MLR would be absolutely amazing…

Wow that looks sweet

maxforlive special patch and you are a SERIOUS winner!

I want to see it!!
Can you edit your main post and upload the picture?
The proxy of my job blocks all image sharing sites :disappointed:

I’ll do it for ya ctrld. Hate to see a man deprived of seeing something this awesome.

Now get back to work!!

You need to speak to S4racen about a custom Isotonik template for this badboy.

maybe… but maybe I just need to get my sh*t together and make one myself

I have it on good authority that they are working on the support materials for the control_surfaces elements as we speak, this should make things easier…

Cheers
D

wicked, thanks for the input. now I won’t need to bother them for a while

seriously badass. Nice work! You might want to swap that crossfader out though, with this setup I imagine it’ll be getting a lot more use…
