audio interface question
just bought a scrlett 2i2 for recording mixes,its my first audio interface.
my question is do i hook up my studio monitors too the interface or my mixer when recording a set?
monitors will plug into the line outputs on the back, which accepts a 1/4" tip sleeve connector.
to record from the mixer, you plug into the front. either using male ended xlr cables or 1/4" tip sleeve cables. set the input to line.
