Black knobs and sliders for a VCI-100
So we are about to put in an order for a bunch of blacks knobs and sliders that are the same ones found on the VCi-100SE.
along with the overlay/jog wheel plate combo that is coming out soon, you will be able to fully transform a silver vci-100 but the knobs are a bit pricey. hens the question above.

Its pretty pricey but i gotta go with yes coz the original knobs are so shit once you get used to SE rubbers, especially when your rocking out hard and your sweaty fingers start slipping

If i remember correctly they are the VCI-100 SE are ruberised which would be much better than just painting my plastic buttons.
I have been looking to replace the knobs on my VCI from day one. So yes!
I actually broke one of my pitchfader knobs and had to repair it, its never been the same since lol - atleast the fader itself is still in good condition

Just pull it, you can get a peice tooth floss folded over a couple times or some wire. Loop it under the Fader knob and pull directly up

Barf, you’re not pulling the fader or the knobs out of the VCI… just the caps off, which you’ll then replace.
Yeah I did it for my XSP and it’s not a problem.
If you DJ hard enough, you’ll find out how to take off your knobs and faders
Anyway, why are they so expensive? 14 knobs and 5 faders = $40?? Is it the rubber?
Is there a cheaper alternative somewhere?
these fader caps are custom made only by vestax- sure we can buy some cheep Chinese OEM ones but they are going to look like crap and still cost at least $20 for the set. Remember thats 14 knobs and 5 fader caps for $40.
Look at the prices for oem fader caps and you will see that its actually a really good deal.
A full set would cost you close more than $100 on the following sites- that is if they even sold the right knobs
