Ive searched around alot. mainstream sites like itunes, amazon, or just buying CD’s for a single song just doesnt cut it. itunes and amazon let you buy songs but only at 256 or less. Beatport would be my best bet but most of their new releases either suck or are too expensive.
I was using 7digital.com for a while, but their site/interface sucks so I complained to customer service. They sent me a beta invite to try out their new site, which didn’t address any of the fucking problems with their original site.
I have stopped doing business with them, however their prices can’t be beat.
Sadly I know someone like that that actually plays in clubs >.> He uses some website called Z3 or sumshit.
Found out he’s been getting pirated songs when I was talking to him about me buying some tracks on beatport and he responded with "Well if you want to spend money on music go ahead but Z3 would have the song" something along those lines.
I still use beatport. Am using juno more and more now and esp with the trance stuff, some labels are offering DL’s directly from their sites instead of having to comb thru multiple sites. There is no excuse for not offering the highest quality tracks tho.
looks like a cheap amazon site but thats just my opinion.
I’m really diggin this one. their pricing seems very reasonable and cheaper than beatport’s I might actually start using this one other than beatport if anything. I also like the way their site is mapped out and designed.
