Cannot login, cannot reset password, cannot raise a ticket

Hi

I am trying to access midimaps

My login is not accepted. I get ‘Invalid email or password.’

When i reset password, i get the email (so my email is valid), follow steps then get “There were errors that prevented this User from being saved: Reset password token is invalid”

When i try to raise a support ticket, i’m told it’s not saved as i’m not logged in!!

Can someone help please

Sorry to hear you are experiencing login issues. What part of the site are you trying to reset the password for?

The main reason I ask is because the store, maps and support areas have separate logins. I see you have an account under this email for the store and maps but not for the support area.

Let me know which one it is and we’ll get it sorted ASAP!
