chance to open for aoki

came across this dj contest online, its only open to americans so i can’t enter :disappointed:
if you win they fly you out to some beach to open for steve aoki! thought i’d share, best of luck :smiley:

man if i could i would open for him but just for the exposure. can’t stand the music he does solo. kinda like his stuff with afrojack though. good luck guys :wink:

i hear ya man, i saw him live a little while ago. i had fun, but the dj side of me was VERY disappointed

I actually watched like 4 or 5 of the video entries, and almost none are and actual Dj doing a live set. Most are promo videos lol. A couple are just mixes with images on them on youtube.

I decided to add my vid just for the hell of it haha.

I opened for Aoki earlier this year. His mixing is fine and it suits the style of music he plays. The guy himself is actually pretty cool too, like’s his poker. Someone told me he is straight edge? not sure if its true or not.. I do know however that he usually doesn’t drink any of the champers that he sprays over everyone lol

lol then he and afrojack would be complete opposites with afrojack always having his own bottle of grey goose with him sippin’ it from the bottle :smiley:
